information on how to add a SQL SERVER 2008 R2 instance and then allocate it to an existing cluster instance

I have a SQL SERVER 2008 RC cluster with 2 nodes. There is one default instance in it. I would like to create a second instance and then add it to the cluster. What do I need to do?
