steps to change SQL Server Cluster IP

Hi,

I have set-up 2 Node SQL Server 2012 High Availability Server and installed SharePoint 2013. Now our systems IPs going to be changed.

Tell what what steps need to be taken, what steps to be take care in order to updates IPs.
