Jobs in SQL Always on

I am using SQL 2012 ALways on. It has two nodes (i.e. One Primary and one secondary replica). I set up always on with automatic failover. SQL instance has few jobs. All the jobs are sync up b/w primary and replica. My question is how to make sure when AG will fail over from primary to secondary replica server then automatically all the jobs on secondary replica server will be active and all the jobs on old primary server will be disable. 

Any help would be highly appreciated.
