We are starting to evaluate AlwaysOn, and I was curious to get some feedback from folks about how much maintenance this adds. Meaning, if we were to move an instance from a traditional failover cluster to AlwaysOn (assume 2 servers) that would effectively double the amount of DBs we have. How much maintenance does this add? Do you do any maintenance on the replicas, or do you do everything on the primary, and just monitor status for your replicas (i.e. the only maintenance is watching the status)? Thanks for your time.
