Availability Groups

With a 2-node Availability group is it possible to set up a secondary for both automatic failover and as a readable secondary? If so are there reasons not to do so? Example:

ROLE           Availability Mode  Failover Mode     Readable Secondary

Primary        Synchronize         automatic            Read-intent-only

Secondary    Synchronize         automatic            read intent-only
