Database Not Joined

I have a SQL AlwaysOn group that has been working just fine.  I have four servers and two databases joined to the group.  I recently added a third database which shows up fine on three of the servers, but not the fourth.

The fourth server shows two databases syncing properly, but the third shows warnings.  Here is what I see:

"Secondary Database is not joined."

Running the command "ALTER DATABASE dbname SET HADR AVAILABILITY GROUP = [AGName];" yields this error:

"The connection to the primary replica is not active.  The command cannot be processed."

And this"alter database dbname set hadr resume" yields this:

The database is not joined to an availability group

Has anyone come across this before?  I've had issues with the server not replicating, but not with just one DB.
