Hosting two SQL Clusters on same WCFC

I am following the article " AlwaysOn Architecture Guide: Building a High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solution by Using AlwaysOn Availability Groups"at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj191711.aspx and it kinds skips over the process of creating two separate SQL Clusters on the same WCFC. I am trying to do this now using two separate instance ids like the article says I need to, and I get an error during installation

"Instance ID MSSQLSERVERDR for product sql server database services The instance being prepared on the local computer does not have the same instance ID as the same instance(s) installed on other nodes of the cluster. A clustered isntance must use the same instance ID on all nodes of the cluster."

I'm trying to use the default instance on both clusters (with different names), but I will try again using named instances for both clusters and see what happens..
