sqlpackage not like documentation in many ways

hey,

i've been playing around with sqlpackage getting help from here -

after trying the Script and Extract actions, to my great satisfaction i've tried to add some tabledata to the dacpac as explained in the link above. but i got an error message saying that tabledata is not a property of extract or so.

so i've tried to use the Export action, only to find that it doesn't exist at all.

am i using some wrong version or something or is this msdn entry is really wrong?
