SQL Server Availability Group create 2 DNS entries, unstable connections

I've installed a SQL Server cluster using two servers on different subnets - one in my primary office and one at my DR site.  My cluster name is WinSharepoint2013.  My cluster also uses a file share at my primary site.  On that I created an Availability group named Sharepoint-AG that contains a single test database.  The problem is that the installation has created two DNS entries for Sharepoint-AG; one has the IP address at my primary site and the other is for the DR site.  When I connect using Management Studio, sometimes I get the IP for my primary site and I connect cleanly.  Other times I get the IP address for the DR site and the connection fails.  I had my network admin remove one of the DNS entries but 20 minutes later it was put back and the problems resumed.

Does anyone have a recommendation on what I did wrong.  I followed the "Before You Run The Wizard" checklist from Brent Ozar and used the wizard to create the cluster and everything seemed to work cleanly with no errors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ken
