Endpoint not creating while adding the new replica into existing alwayson group

Hi

IN my environment we are main maintaining the Alwayson with 4 nodes. recently we added one more node into the existing cluster. we are trying to new node into existing alwayson AG. but it is falling due to not creating the endpoints to the new node.

Could any one help us on this issue?
