Advise on Backup Policies

Hi Experts

We are going to deploy Netbackup solution for our SQL Server databases backup. and decided the following policies for the backup retention, needs a review from experts to have an advise for any improvements.

Weekly Full – 1 Month retention  -- doing on first Monday of every month
Monthly Full – 6 Month retention -- doing on second Monday of every month
Monthly Infinite- Infinite retention -- doing on third Monday of every month
Daily incremental – 1 week retention  -- doing daily
Transaction Logs - 1 week retention  -- doing Tlog backup every 2 hours (interval is agreed with business owner)
