I recently tried to get monitoring application Solarwinds to point to the ALwaysON cluster and will get the error"Failed to update because the database " " is read only". I have tried umpteenth time to
check if the database is a read only database. The state of the database read only is set to false which think this database is not .
Another experiment is that I get the application to connect to the primary node instead of the cluster and it is working all right. So I am pretty sure I am being stopped by some configs in HA group or some sort. I am new to SQL and really appreciate any advice. Thanks.
