2 node SQL failover cluster at primary and standalone instance at DR. AG group setup

Hi Team,

We have 2 node SQL failover cluster at primary datacenter and has 1 node SQL standalone instance at DR site. All nodes are part of same WSFC now. I have below queries on setting up the AG between Primary Datecenter  and DR site.

1. Since its a failover cluster at primary site, how the AG need to be configured for primary and secondary replica? Suppose if i start creating from Node 1 in primary dc , do i need need to add 2nd failover node as secondary replica as well while adding DR standalone as secondary replica?

2. We have distributed the workloads between nodes in primary site/DC (for e.g. few instance are active on node 1 and few are moved to node 2), while creating AG, passive node for instance need to be configured as secondary replica, otherwise AG will fail if primary node is down? or SQL cluster can take care of it automatically between nodes?

3. since SQL has a multiple instances, how about the ports for Endpoint and listeners? They can be same for all AGs or need to change with every new AG?

4. Is it possible to have different listening ports between endpoints ? like for primary 5022 and secondary 5023 ? or endpoint at both end should be on same port numbers?

5. For Asyncronous replication, how and where do we define synch schedule between primary and secondary? I mean when we have primary and secondary replication is setup, when will be the next synch happens between the DBs part of AG?

Any pointers will be appreciated. Thanks

Regards,
