How to conifgure SQL 2016 for WIndows 2016 WorkGroup Clusters

Hi,

I wanted to configure Windows 2016 Workgroup Clusters using SQL 2016. I googled and find below information.

It turns out that only Availability Groups are supported on workgroup clusters in 2016. SQL FCI(Failover Cluster Instance) is not supported. You must use a domain.

My question is do we have any official Mircosoft website which says how to configure SQL 2016 for Windows 2016 WORKGROUP clusters and SQL FCI is not supported?
