We have Availability Groups in 2012, 2014 and now a couple in 2016. The two we have in 2016 failover several times per day. The earlier versions do not. All are on server version Windows 2012R2.
In the event viewer I see 2 things. At 8:43:50 I see 2 events - in Security an "Authorization Policy Change" and at the exact same time in the system log, I get the following message, event id 1135:
Cluster node '*****' was removed from the active failover cluster membership. The Cluster service on this node may have stopped. This could also be due to the node having lost communication with other active nodes in the failover cluster. Run the Validate a Configuration wizard to check your network configuration. If the condition persists, check for hardware or software errors related to the network adapters on this node. Also check for failures in any other network components to which the node is connected such as hubs, switches, or bridges.
This repeats again at 10:05, and many times throughout the day.
Any thoughts on what is going on would be appreciated. These are set up consistently with the earlier versions that work fine.
Thanks kindly,
Dianne
