The job failed. The Job was invoked by Schedule 60 (DBA-Mon3).

Environment:-

OS - WIN 2012 R2

SQL Server version:- SQL 2012 R2 Enterprise Edition

3 x SQL server on High availability

1 x Primary SQL server Site A

1 x Secondary Server Site A

1 x Secondary Server Site B (DR site)

Issue:-

It is on Secondary Server Site A. 'DBA-Mon3' is standalone database on 3 x servers to monitor.  'DBA-Mon3' is not part of high availability group.

This below error does not generate on 2 x server except one

Error:-

JOB RUN:        'DBA-Mon3' was run on 20/11/2016 at 11:00:00 a.m.
DURATION:       0 hours, 0 minutes, 2 seconds
STATUS:         Failed
MESSAGES:       The job failed.  The Job was invoked by Schedule 60 (DBA-Mon3).  The last step to run was step 1 (DBA-Mon3).

Any idea what can cause this error "invoked by Schedule 60 resolution"
