We have Windows 2008 r2 enterprise edition and sql 2008 r2 enterprise edition. In sql server there are databas which are created through share point application. We want to migrate these databases from one storage to another storage on same server and remove existing storage. So backup & restore is best option or copy and paste of msg & ldf is best option. Also if drive letter changes for database then will there be any problem.
