SQL Always On installation mode

Hi,

My customer have 4 Servers with SAN Storage.I need to configure the Always On with 1 synchronous(Read only) and 2 asynchronous copy(Use for DR).

I want to know the Mode of installation of SQL server i.e I need to install the SQL Server inNew SQL Server stand-alone installation / or in New SQL Server Failover cluser Installation.??

The Operating System is Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit.

I am using SQL Server 2012 Enterprise 64 bit (SP1)
