Random failover of my SQL resources on a Windows 2012 cluster

Hi Guys,

I have been trying to battle this issue for quite some time now with no luck, I have some ideas as per the Microsoft articles but I need some help.

I have 2 Windows 2012 R2 VM's running on Vmware ESXi 5.5 with RDM's as the SQL disks. What happens is that every about 10-15 days the resources failover to a different node and I a bunch of errors like the one below.

I did find an article on the MS page which states this error and if running on Vmware Esx there is a recommendation, I need to implement that now. Nodes being removed from Failover Cluster membership on VMWare ESX?.

Also, there are some patches that need to be installed as recommended by Microsoft Troubleshooting cluster issue with Event ID 1135.

I did run a network and storage validation report using the cluster manager and they come up clean at this point.

Has anyone come across a similar issue which tends to failover the resources randomly?
