Always on connection monitoring either listener or hostname

Hi I am looking to trace connection which are coming to Always on server. I am looking for an information how clients are accessing the Always on DBs whether through host name for listener name.

Basically I need trace connection on the instance either listener or host name.

Any one knows would be much appreciated.
