SQL Always On Availability Listener Failover Behavior

I am trying to setup a 2 node failover cluster for SQL Always On Availability Groups.  The two nodes have a file share node and witness majority quorum and no other share storage.  The quorum and nodes are connected on a network 10.0.0.0 and the nodes are also connected via a crossover cable 192.168.0.0.  When the network interface on the 10.0.0.0 subnet goes down the listener for SQL doesn't failover.  If I fail both network interfaces on the primary node it will failover the listener as expected.  Can I configure this so that when the 10.0.0.0 subnet is unreachable from the primary node it will try to failover?  Can I also set it so that Always On Availability Groups synchronization traffic will use the 192.168.0.0 network?  Thanks!
