Easy question about Always On

Hi there,

In my 0S 2016 vm, got two instances : 13.0.5698.0  (Standard) and 14.0.1000.169 (Sql Server Developer)

is it possible to deploy an Always On setup? Or do I need to upgrade from Developer to other edition?
