Joining database on secondary replica resulted in an error.(Microsoft.sqlSERVER.Management.HadrTasks)

Failed to join the database "Test-DB" to the availability group 'GQLAG' on the availability replica 'SQL20121\SQLE2'(Microsoft.sqlserver.smo)
    • An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch(Microsoft.sqlserver.ConnectionInfo)
    • The connection to primary replica is not active.The command cannot be Processed.(Microsoft SQL.Server,Error:35250)with
i tried so much time to solve  this issue, only primary replica has activated,i can't understand how this error solves,in an artical i got a query to define,i tried t also,but it didn't work, please let me know a better solution for this replica inactivate issue in SQL2012 Always on feature. 

You can see below image for the actual issue. This is appearing when creating the availability group.

I have two SQL 2012 servers and AD. AD has the FSW for SQL Availability group.
