SQL 2000 cluster - steps to change service accounts

I need to change the service accounts for our SQL 2000 active/passive cluster.  Can someone please confirm if the following is the correct way?

Change account on active node using Enterprise Manager

Change account on passive node using Enterprise Manager

Failover from active node to passive node

If all goes well, failback to original active node

If this is incorrect, please advise correct steps.

Should the SQL Agent service be changed at the same time that SQL Server service is being changed?

Also, the Windows cluster service needs to be changed.

I am thinking the SQL cluster nodes need to be changed first.

Then take SQL cluster entirely offline while the Windows cluster service account is changed.

Is that correct approach?

Many, many thanks in advance!!
