Login failed for user 'xxxx'. Reason: Failed to open the explicitly specified database

Hi experts,

    I am getting the below error,

Login failed for user 'abc'. Reason: Failed to open the explicitly specified database.

But there are 2 instance DB and DB1,i am getting error from DB which which are in Cluster.How to solve this problem.

Please guide me.
