Add node to a SQL Failover Cluster - SQL Server 2008 Ent. Edition

I installed SQL Server cluster on Singgle node is running fine.

On 2nd node when i ran setup for Add node to a SQL failover Cluster, i am able to complete the steps from 1 to 7 as mentioned in this link but see no install window coming up after that to proceed for step-8.

i rebooted at least 3-4 times and same issue.

i need a help to fix it or what should i check before running setup again for Add node to a SQL Failover Cluster.
