How to use standalone SQL servers to be part of always on

Hello Experts,

in our company we have deployed SQL server 2012 Enterprise edition on one server, on this server our CRM, Dynamics AX applications and other applications databases are already hosted on this server and this server is in production.

We have purchased another hardware identical to existing SQL Server 2012 server, our goal is now to achieve high availability with SQL always on.

My queries and concerns are as below:

1. deploy and configure SQL always on on the same server as well as on the second new server, how to achieve this as we already have databases in it.

2. if we will deploy SQL always on what will happen to those databases will they still be working as a standalone databases.

3. During always on deployment will there be any down time because of having databases in a production

4. what will affect on existing databases is there any considerations we have to take care of

5. in SQL always on is it possible that we will just convert some of the databases for always on and rest of the databases will work as stand alone

6. is it possible to convert existing stand alone server to always on, if yes then please let me know what are the steps

7. We want to use same IP for some or all of the databases with always on so that applications will connect to always on with the same ip as it was connected before.

8. Does Microsoft supports to convert existing servers from stand alone to always on

8. Please help us to achieve this if I have not mentioned any questions but still I have to consider some things or concerns before we deploy always on.

Thanks
