AlwaysOn connection drop

Hi all

A question about AlwaysOn (2 Nodes)

What would happen if I begin a transaction on Node1 and there is a drop in communication between Node1 and Node2. Will my database on Node1 still be available? Will the transaction rollback?

Does it matter whether or not it's Sync/Async?
