Availability Group Failed to configure the cluster quorum using the new setting

Hi,

Node1 and Node2. I have setup 2 Node AlawaysOn Availability Group in SQL Server 2012. Current Quorum Configuration is "Node Majority".  As i read for 2 Node Quorum Configuration should be file share witness.

I have created a shared folder on Node1 \\Node1\SQLFILESHARE.

When i try to configure file share and give share address as \\Node1\SQLFILESHARE  then it fail with following error.
 

Share:  \\Node1\SQLFILESHARE
Quorum Configuration:  Node and File Share Majority
Cluster Managed Voting:  Enabled

Your cluster quorum configuration will be changed to the configuration shown above.
An error was encountered while modifying the quorum settings.
Your cluster quorum settings have not been changed.
There was an error configuring the file share witness '\\Node1\SQLFILESHARE'.
Unable to save property changes for 'File Share Witness'.
The system cannot find the path specified


Pls guide what is the issue and how to fix it. What is recommended Quorum Configuration for 2 Node.
