SQL 2012 AlwaysON bandwith requirement? 100 MBPS ok?

Hi all,

My scenario is simple, kindly correct me if I am wrong.

3 SQL server 2012 -> SQL 1, 2 and 3.

1. Primary Site

SQL 1 & 2 (AlwaysOn)

2. DR Site
SQL 3 (AlwaysOn)

Bandwith between Primary site & DR site is limited to 100 MBPS, can I enjoy AlwaysOn function?
And where to set AlwaysOn order? can I set SQL 1 as Primary , if SQL 1 fails, go to SQL 2, if SQL 2 fails as well, go to SQL 3.

Thanks.
