log backup on secondary replicas (always on)

Hi,

I have some question about log backup on secondary replicas. If I configure a log backup on secondary withSecondary AutomatedBackupPreference, will the log file on primary database be truncated afterlog backup on secondary? If the secondary node is offline and a new log backup occurs on theprimary node, is the new log backup still in the same log chain?
