In case cluster break due to loss quorum where all secondary replica is down and left is only the primary . The database in primary replica will be not synchronizing. One way to bring it back database synchronized is make sure that all secondary replica
has been bring up and enough quorum. My question is how to bring up database online and accessible in primary if we don't want to bring secondary server up or didn't want to use force quorum to bring up cluster. Basically, i didn't want HA anymore but i want
primary server database must be online and accessible. This is just for my knowledge. Please advise
